Small Business Saturday - BIG Thank You!

Hey friends!

Some of you may already know me but for those of you who don’t my name is Chris and I founded Detour in 2012! In honor of small business Saturday I wanted to jump on here and personally thank you guys! I know you guys have a lot of options out there when it comes to eyewear and I also know giving a brand you never heard of a chance is a huge leap of faith and for that I am truly grateful!

2020 has been a wild ride so far and I know its tough out there for everyone so again I truly am thankful for everyone's support! Not only just from purchases but also from all the love you guys show us on social media and in emails. Liking our pictures, commenting, tagging friends, commenting on our ads with your experiences, and writing reviews may not seem like that big of a deal but it really is! It is unreal how much it means to us and how much it helps!  Because of all of you Detour went from being run out of a small college apartment, to a house, to a warehouse/office space, and this year we decided its soon going to be time to move into something bigger! Most of sales are reinvested right back into the company and I am super pumped on 2021! Not just because 2020 absolutely sucked (I think we can all agree on that), but because we have a ton of new frames and products in the works for you guys!

Support wise from you guys this last year has been amazing and I cannot wait to see what 2021 has in store for us! I have been grinding at this for 8 years now and every day I am learning and trying to figure out ways that we can do better.
